Frequently Asked Questions

The old FAQ was Amazon's shipping-and-returns boilerplate pasted onto a store that never sold anything. These are the questions people actually ask about a curated catalog.

Is this an online store? Can I buy here?

No — and that is deliberate. The old site ran a full WooCommerce shopfront (cart, checkout, account pages) for 829 products and never received a single order. This rebuild drops the fake storefront. It is a catalog and a buying-guide hub: when a product is worth recommending, you follow a verified link to the retailer to buy.

Where do the products come from?

The legacy archive was built from Amazon product imports (829 products, 2016–2017). The products featured here genuinely existed in that catalog. We describe and curate them honestly; we never copy the old imported text, which was duplicated vendor copy.

Do you show prices?

Not until they are verified. The old price and availability data is years out of date. This site shows no offer, price, or "deal" before it has been checked at the retailer — and never a fabricated one.

Do you make money from this site?

A Kids Boutique participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If you follow an affiliate link and buy a product, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the About page for the full disclosure.

The old site had a FAQ about shipping and returns — where did it go?

That FAQ was Amazon's shipping-and-returns boilerplate, because the old store's orders were fulfilled by Amazon. Since this site is a catalog rather than a merchant, retailer policies govern each purchase — check the retailer's own shipping and return policy before you order.

Why does the catalog feel small?

On purpose. The old store carried 829 imported product pages, most with duplicated or empty descriptions. A curated catalog of real, genuinely useful products beats an 829-page clone every time — and it grows as guides earn their recommendations.
